We believe that you will be thrilled with the quality of all our handmade goods. Should you have a concern, please contact us first, so that we can try to resolve any issues. If you decide not to keep an item, we will refund your purchase price, after we receive the returned item. Return items need to be shipped back to us within 10 days for a full refund.

Every item is handmade, so there are variances in appearance, please take that into account when ordering. But we have very skilled craftsman and you can feel confident that you will receive an item of beauty and quality!
